The Schengen countries are made up of 27 European states and this blog covers the general visa information that an applicant needs to know before applying for one.
General Information
The deciding factor is the individuals nationality and the passport used. Depending on your passport you can conclude whether you are eligible for a Schengen visa on arrival or have to apply for one beforehand.

Make the payment for the Schengen visa and the consultation.
​Preliminary checking of all documents and handing out advice on the most suitable visa type and all other details depending on your purpose of travel.
The visa consultant handling your visa will type your application and cross check all the supporting documents.
You will be given an appointment date with the respective embassy to submit your documents.
The visa issuing process begins
Once your visa is ready for stamping the passport will be collected.
​You will be notified once your Schengen visa is ready.

Original Passport
having at least 2 blank pages and a validity period of at least 6 months

Passport
Copy of passport’s first 3 pages and all other valid visa pages must be sent for processing.

Bank Statement
Original and copy of bank account statements. The document submitted must be an original bank statement for the last three months, reporting the payroll income (signed and stamped by the bank).

Completion of the visa application format.

Photographs
​A clear face photograph, without eye glasses, in color, passport size, white background and front.

If the applicant is the owner or partner of a company
he must bring an original and copy of the business license of the company, as well as the bank statement of the company

Original UAE Visa
Original and copy of the UAE visa. Which is valid for 03 months.

NOC letter from company
which has to include the applicant's designation, monthly salary, employment start date.

Confirmed hotel reservation
if staying in multiple countries for same number of days the first country of stay should be mentioned. for multiple countries, the country in which the longest stay is planned should be mentioned
